1. Course objective

The course aims to train nurses with the appropriate knowledge, skills. and attitudes related to critical thinking, clinical nursing interventions and communication skills to provide quality health care in line with policies and quality standard of the Ministry of Health.

 

2. Learning outcomes

The graduates will be able to:

  • communicate effectively with individual and community
  • Implement knowledge and skills gained from the course in caring and educating individual, family and community
  • Implement the principle of nursing care in making plans to maintaining and promoting healthcare of community
  • Make decisions with high nursing consideration and critical thinking using advanced nursing care and be able to adjust, adapt and change in any work environment
  • Involve in the development career through learning teaching and research
  • Use management principle for leadership, plan for budgeting and human resource for health service delivery and benefit of community
  • Implement training plan for training institutions and health facilities.
